Weekly review for Dr Hamouda and Coach Seef. The ads are pulling in cheap, engaged clicks. The new landing page did not turn any of them into a lead or a booked consult this week.
The ads are doing their job. The new landing page is not. This week they earned 97 clicks at a healthy 3.45% click rate, and 86 people landed on the training page. But zero of them became a lead and zero booked a consult, so the $407 spent has nothing to show yet. The fix is the page and the way we capture the lead, not the ads.
Two charts tell the story of the last four active weeks. In mid August the account was capturing leads through an on-Facebook form. That form was switched off and the traffic was pointed to a new landing page. Since then, spend has kept flowing but the leads have stopped.
Here is where this week's traffic went, step by step. The good news: almost everyone who clicked reached the page. The problem is the very next step. Not one of the 86 visitors turned into a lead.
I followed a live ad to its page and through every step. The link works and the page loads fast. The issue is what the page asks a first-time visitor to do before it will capture them.
Every ad that ran this week, judged on the one thing that matters: did it produce a lead or a booked consult. All three sent good clicks. None captured a lead, because they all point at the same page.
| Ad | Angle | Spend | Clicks | Leads | Booked | CTR | Verdict |

For context: in mid August an on-Facebook lead form on this account captured 23 leads at roughly $29 each, and in its best week 19 leads at about $9 each. That form is currently switched off. Bringing that capture method back is the fastest way to turn this week's clicks into real enquiries.
